What’s Happening? (Week of Nov. 2)

Our weekly prayer meeting where we gather to have Scripture-based prayer.

Every Monday
7:00pm – 8:00pm
SAC Office 3129

This week (in preparation for Cross Training), we will be fasting, which means abstaining from eating and relying on God through the Word and prayer when we are hungry. The fast will last 24 hours and will start TONIGHT, Sunday Nov. 2 at 8:00pm and will end on Monday, Nov. 3 at 8:00pm.

We will be breaking fast together after NINJA at 8:00pm.

Though it is NOT MANDATORY, we encourage fasting to be a time spent not merely starving yourself, but time spent with the Lord in preparation for Cross Training.

Even if you are not attending Cross Training, you are more than welcome to join us!

“When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”  Matthew 6:16-18

Small Groups

Our weekly bible studies which meet Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays at 7pm. If you aren’t plugged in and want to join a small group, contact us!

There is no Large Group this week because our Fall conference, Cross Training, is this
coming weekend!

For those attending the conference, please fill out this ride form if you have not already. Please also join our WIN page, as it is crucial to receiving funds for the conference.

Be on the lookout in your emails for a supply list of what to bring to Cross Training!
